PTA
St Elizabeth’s Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is at the heart of our school, bringing together an active and passionate team of individuals including parents, staff and elected committee members. Through social gatherings, the PTA also creates a fun and friendly community in school for pupils, parents and families.
Each year, the PTA organise a calendar of events to raise funds to provide valuable resources and facilities for the school. In recent years, the PTA has provided school with funds to invest in new classroom technologies such as C-Touch Smartboards, iPads and Chromebooks, as well as new library books, playground equipment, sports equipment and a new sound and lighting system for the school hall.
We hope many parents become involved with the PTA and its fundraising. The greater the force of the PTA team, the greater the collective effort to raise as many funds as we can for the benefit of the children.
If you would like to join the PTA, or find out more about what’s involved, please contact the PTA Committee at stelizabeths_ptarichmond@yahoo.com.
St Elizabeth’s PTA is a registered charity 802577.
Class Representatives
At the beginning of each school year, a request is made for Class Representatives to help co-ordinate PTA activities on behalf of the class. It is a valuable role to fulfil for the school and a good opportunity to meet other parents. Class Representatives will contact parents by email or WhatsApp informing them of upcoming PTA activities and they will coordinate class social activities. Parents are invited to give their contact details to the PTA for the purpose of communication.
